This report was created by the Social Planning and Research Council of British Columbia, with research by Lia Gudaitis. The report explores the effectiveness of community indicator projects in the province of British Columbia, Canada by measuring the degree of empowerment and mobilisation experienced by the community as a result of developing community indicators.
